List your main systems and roughly how many years of records each one still holds. "Unknown" is a fine answer; the company's age and the history a system keeps are often different.

About the application

Tell us about your company and the records it keeps. Your application comes to the Data Licensing Report team for review, and we contact you about possible data licensing routes. No data, export or file is needed to apply.

Why start with a company profile?

Providers work with different buyers, and each buyer wants different records at different times. Your industry, systems and history help us understand which routes may fit before anyone asks you to prepare an export. If you already have an offer, include that so we can discuss the next step in context.

What does the form ask?

  • Your company: name, website, where you operate, industry, what the company does, staff numbers and years operating.
  • Your systems: the software you use and roughly how many years of records each one still holds. “Unknown” is a fine answer.
  • Your records: the kinds you keep, and whether you could export them if asked.
  • Contact: your name, role and work email.
  • Optional: whether you already have an offer, when you would like to decide, and how you heard about the site.

Only the company name, your name and your email are required. The rest helps us assess the possible routes without asking you first.

What happens after I apply?

  1. Our team receives your application.
  2. We review your company, record types and history.
  3. We contact you at the email you gave about possible licensing routes and the next step. An inventory or a sample may help later.
  4. If you receive offers, compare payment, scope and terms. How offers work explains the process, and the offer benchmark lays out each offer’s terms.

Who sees my application?

Your application is collected through Netlify Forms and sent to our team for review. It is never published. Applying sends no records, files or exports. Along with your answers, the form records the page you came from, the referring site, any campaign tags, any provider you were looking at, an application number and the time. Data Licensing Report may earn a referral fee if a deal closes; how we make money explains. To approach a provider directly, use its own application page linked from the buyers table.
